With a diverse range of capabilities including strategic advice on superannuation and retirement planning, general investment, asset protection, insurance, tax management, estate planning, aged care, social security, succession planning and philanthropy. Our clients include individuals, families, businesses, not-for-profit organisations and Indigenous communities throughout Australia.
The role of Trustee Services Co-Ordinator is focused on providing technical and administrative support to the Trustee Services team on a national basis.
About the role
  • Technical administrative support
  • Maintain regular and effective contact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Management of team inboxes
  • Assist Trust Managers with regular compliance tasks and service requests
  • Support the estate renunciation process
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Service
  • To assist with projects and operational improvement initiatives
About you
  • Financial industry qualifications desirable
  • Minimum three years’ experience in an administrative role, preferably with a Financial Services or a Trustee Company.
  • A proven excellence in written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proven experience operating in a client focused role.
  • Strong attention to detail and compliance focus.
  • Some knowledge of laws relating to trust & estate administration desirable.
