We are a small run business and thrive on delivering a 5 star service to our guests along with offering a fantastic staff package.

*We currently have a position available for a spa therapist this would be ideal for someone who has experience in the industry.

*Level 3 qualified or equivalent

*Salary dependant on experience

A little about us…The Granary Spa is a holistic retreat, set in the beautiful countryside where guests can escape the stresses of life and stop to recharge.

The whole ethos of The Granary Spa is to give every customer a truly exceptional treatment that is tailored to their needs and requirements. We have a team of highly skilled therapists specialised in a range of therapies from Aromatherapy, Reflexology to Cancer Touch Therapy and Wellness Treatments to name but a few.

Aim of Role

To ensure that every Granary Spa guest has an outstanding experience whilst they visit. To provide 5 star spa therapy to each client that you see and to tailor treatments to suit the client’s requirements.

What we require from you:

You must be positive and enthusiastic with excellent interpersonal skills. Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality. Excellent communication and listening skills, a real team player.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Prepare and organise your treatment room for the day ahead.

· Perform excellent services within the appropriate time allotted.

· Provide consistent professional treatments in accordance with the spa policies and your training.

· Effectively inform and educate our guests about specific wellness concerns and recommend suitable treatments and aftercare recommendations for them to use at home.

· Maintain and care for all equipment used in the spa in line with Granary Spa procedures.

· Complete treatments in line with Granary Spa procedures allowing correct product usage to maintain effective stock control.

· Have complete knowledge and understanding off all services and products offered. (training will be required where needed)

· Uphold the standards of sanitation and cleaning both in the treatment room but also in the spa as directed by our spa policies and procedures.

· Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.

· Actively promote the spa, treatments services and retail products.

· Handle guests questions and concerns professionally and courteously.

· Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.

· Attend and participate in training and staff meetings at the spa.

· Assist in the front of house reception duties as and when required.

·Occasional evening opening once or twice a month.
