How will I help?

We are looking for a Manager Integrated Marketing to join our team and drive our team to deliver magnetic communication campaigns into market.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Collaboration to deliver their best possible, integrated campaigns.
  • Develop and implement creative campaigns that align with the bank’s overall objectives and deliver our go-to-market calendar and Triple play.
  • Work with our creative and media agencies and partners to deliver communications campaigns that are Distinctive, Disruptive and Relevant.
  • Development and execution of innovative campaigns across various channels, including paid, owned and earned.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the bank to understand business needs
  • and develop solutions.
  • Use insight, data and analytics to inform campaigns.
  • Manage budgets and timelines for creative projects to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery.
  • Continuous improvement imperative; use of commercial outcomes and evidence to build better briefs and streamlined processes.
  • Sound knowledge and keen interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends to lead best practices in integrated communications and marketing.
  • Ensure all campaigns are compliant with relevant regulatory guidelines and best practices.

What do I need?

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in a similar agency or marketing role.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance guidelines and best practices.
