About you

We are looking for Full-time Assistant Kiosk Manager to join the team at Westfield Chermside.

The role

  • Support the Store Manager in achieving all business objectives and targets relevant to counter retail
  • Assisting the Store Manager in conducting monthly reviews to communicate objectives, set goals and measure progress in addition to daily feedback and monthly team meetings
  • Motivate and drive your team to achieve performance targets
  • Proactively manage poor performance, addressing attendance or conduct issues in line with business expectations, utilising the appropriate procedures and support
  • Assist in executing visual displays, merchandising, inventory stocktake, ringing sales, identifying potential loss prevention issues, following safety and emergency procedures, and other tasks as required


  • Qualified Makeup Artist or relevant experience
  • Excellent customer service, communication, and organisation skills
  • Experience in managing a retail team
  • Excellent teamwork skills, the ability to collaborate and inspire
  • Ability to multi-task and build relationships
  • Open flexibility to work during peak times including evenings, weekends, and holidays.


  • An attractive total salary package (including superannuation) between $65,000-$70,000 is on offer.
