Jr Graphic Designer

The Jr. Graphic Designer will play an important role in Caesars Entertainment’s internal creative agency by bringing innovative design concepts to life across digital and print media. Working closely with the Associate Creative Director and Senior Designer, this role will support the development and execution of creative assets that align with Caesars Entertainment’s brand identity and marketing goals. The designer will collaborate with internal teams across marketing, corporate and digital products to create visually engaging, customer-focused designs that enhance the brand’s presence and drive customer engagement. The ideal candidate is proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, has a strong understanding of brand guidelines, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where multiple projects require creative problem solving and strong organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative Execution:

  • Collaborate closely with the Associate Creative Director and Senior Designer to develop and execute compelling creative assets.
  • Participate actively in Creative Review meetings to understand project requirements and receive feedback.
  • Implement feedback in a timely manner to refine designs and ensure alignment with project goals and brand standards.
  • Work alongside writers and other designers to create cohesive and effective design solutions.

Design Development:

  • Utilize proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with a strong focus on InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator, to produce high-quality designs.
  • Adhere to established brand guidelines while demonstrating the ability to create innovative, original designs.
  • Translate creative briefs into visual concepts and designs that effectively communicate the desired message.
  • Ability to execute digital design projects, email campaigns, and paid/organic social media assets, ensuring they align with overall brand strategy.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of Caesars Entertainment’s brand identity and visual style, ensuring creative assets align with brand guidelines across platforms and media.

Project Diversity:

  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality of work even under tight deadlines.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently and make well-informed design decisions.
  • Continuously update skills and knowledge in graphic design to stay current with industry trends and technologies.

Continuous Improvement:

  • Participate in creative brainstorming sessions and bring innovative ideas to improve the quality and effectiveness of designs.
  • Stay informed about the latest design trends in entertainment and hospitality to keep the agency’s work fresh and competitive.


  • Degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Experience with digital design executions, including web graphics, email campaigns, and social media assets.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design skills and creative thinking.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to receive and implement feedback effectively.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
