The Senior Graphic Designer will be responsible for creative conceptual work and art design for experiential events, client branding, and large-scale venues and stadiums to promote brands and increase fan engagement. This role will work closely with our project management teams and stakeholders to ensure all projects meet client requirements and are executed properly.
This role requires international travel for site visits and client meetings.
  • Partner with commercial teams to create designs from concept to delivery
  • Design high quality, accurate creative projects that are delivered with a strong attention to detail while maintaining consistently high standards
  • Create 2D and 3D designs for creative conceptual work using Adobe Creative Suite and design programs such as Sketchup and Blender
  • Contribute to pitches and presentations by showcasing our tailored approach during the design process to ensure brand consistency and client requests are met
  • Work with brand guidelines to create new conceptual assets for venues across the world of sport and experiential events.
  • Develop 3D renders or 3D flythrough creations to allow clients to see their brands come to life.
  • Manage high volume projects while consistently delivering high-quality artwork across all deliverables
  • Develop fresh concepts, designs, and ideas to pitch to both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Set up files for print production in alignment with internal processes and standards
  • Inspect projects throughout the process and conduct final quality check to ensure quality and accuracy
  • Build and maintain relationships with internal departments and external vendors
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and make recommendations as needed
  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or related relevant work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in graphic design and/or print production
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Proficient in 3D design programs Such as Sketchup, Blender, or Cinema 4D (preferred)
  • Ability and willingness to travel internationally and stay up to date on necessary requirements for entering and exiting countries
  • Advanced knowledge and experience in design principles
  • Working knowledge of print processes, including colour management
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously individually and as a team on large projects
  • Ability to receive and provide direction and feedback from project managers, clients, and creative service team members
  • Ability to adhere to brand guidelines as well as develop original creative concepts for well established brands
  • Ability and desire to learn new skills and software programs
