Alfred Williams & Company seeks a talented Marketing Graphic Designer with a proven track record in translating conceptual designs into impactful visuals. As a pivotal team member, you’ll be responsible for crafting compelling digital and print assets that resonate with our audience and consistently reinforce our brand identity. Working closely with the Regional Marketing Lead, you’ll create captivating materials for events, proposals, presentations, and social media campaigns. This role is based in Charlotte and requires occasional travel to our South Carolina Markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design marketing materials, such as proposals, presentations, and selling tools that effectively communicate our message.
  • Develop digital assets, including capitative imagery for our social media and website.
  • Organize and create branded collateral for events to enhance our presence and engagement.
  • Ensure brand integrity across all touchpoints, maintaining consistency in messaging and visual identity.
  • Enhance our partner engagement and client experience within our showrooms.
  • Assist with social media campaigns by establishing targets, and timelines, and executing strategies for maximum impact.

Desired Skills:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) for creating visually stunning designs.
  • Experience in web-based design and creating digital content for social media
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Strong collaborative skills, thriving in a team environment where creative ideas are shared and developed.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication abilities, fostering positive relations with colleagues at all levels of the organization.
  • A degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or Digital Communications is preferred, coupled with a minimum of 1-3 years of experience.
