Teltonika Canada serves clients in North America from our office in Toronto. We aim to develop B2B partnerships by selling different IoT products from GPS tracking systems to networking solutions.

Currently, we are inviting experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our office remotely from Dallas, Texas. New office expected to be opened by the end of 2024.

  • Cooperate with Hiring Manager to help design and implement best recruiting techniques
  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection methods to filter candidates
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
  • Agency or relevant in-house experience in sourcing top of the market talent in sales
  • A deep understanding of US talent markets
  • The ability to collaborate with different hiring managers and stakeholders.
  • The ability to communicate effectively and concisely with candidates at all stages of the recruitment process
  • A results-driven approach with proven experience sourcing and hiring top talents at scale
  • The ability to set priorities and take action facing competing demand
  • Experience in working with ATS (SAP is a plus)
  • Fluent English
  • Work type: Remote work at the beginning and then hybrid from Dallas, TX office once it’s established. You will be hired to Teltonika Canada branch at first but work remotely in TX, USA. We plan to open office in Dallas, TX in 2024.
