About this job

We are searching for a Sr. Visual Designer to join our Intelligent Creative & Experience Design practice. As a Sr. Visual Designer, you will focus on creating UI designs for large-scale digital experiences, creating enterprise-level design systems, and delivering design assets to support the experiences that drive our clients’ success. Operating as a key contributor within the context of an inter-disciplinary design team, the Sr. Visual Designer will play a critical role in designing experiences that are not only beautiful, but also meet user needs and allow our clients to achieve their business goals. They will collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to play a critical role in the execution of global digital experiences, enterprise design systems, and immersive design solutions.

What you’ll do

  • Deliver world-class experiences for global brands through the creation of user interface, design systems, and other digital experience design deliverables that are rooted in strategy, informed by best practices, and implementable.
  • Proactively collaborate with Experience Transformation Strategy, UX, and development teams to ensure the design you create delivers on defined strategies, follows UX best practices, and can successfully be implemented.
  • Present your design work, with participation and leadership from other team members, with passion and articulate digital expertise.
  • Create prototypes that can bring the design work you and the team create to life for clients and internal teams
  • Proactively collaborate with other design team members and broader project teams to identify opportunities for design to play a broader role in the work we do for our clients.
  • Support new business pursuits thought the creation of pitch and sales materials, including exploratory experience designs, deck materials, and other design assets.
  • Identify opportunities for us to improve our design processes, methodologies, and standards.

Who you are

  • Experience working as a design practitioner to deliver world-class digital experiences.
  • Expertise in UI and visual design principles, systems, and tools, with experience collaborating with strategy, UX, technology, and other multi-disciplinary teams.
  • Ability to understand strategic and UX inputs to inform design decisions you make and design deliverables you will create.
  • Knowledgeable about design systems and the process by which they are created
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and written skills, with experience presenting to client and internal teams.
  • Proficiency in design and collaboration tools such as Figma, Miro, and Adobe Suite.
  • Experience with motion, video, and/or animation is a plus.
  • Portfolio displaying experience in the creation of digital experiences required.
