We’re looking for an experienced and versatile marketing manager who is hungry to do this and more. Our ideal candidate has experience developing and executing real estate marketing campaigns while managing and inspiring a team. He/she will be comfortable with day-to-day marketing activities, as well as long-term strategy, thriving with tight deadlines and changing needs. Some of the tasks to be performed include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Creation of email and print templates for agents to use under the direction of the Sr. VP of Marketing and the Sr. Graphic Designer.
  • Work on a variety of corporate marketing materials:

o Ads

o Materials for websites

o Email campaigns, etc.

  • Execute design work in an effective way to send a clear message.
  • Help enforce consistency of the brand on all marketing materials.
  • Interprets the needs of each project and translates those needs into creative concepts the suit the project’s purpose.
  • Think creatively to produce new ideas and fresh concepts.


  • 4-6 years of progressive Graphic Design work scope.
  • Proficient use of PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator, AfterEffects; basic DreamWeaver a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, or related creative field.
