Position Summary:

Mr. Hospitality Group LLC is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will develop visual concepts that inspire, inform, and captivate our audience. This role involves designing layouts and production designs for advertisements, brochures, magazines, and corporate reports. The Graphic Designer will work across a variety of media, using advanced graphic design software to produce high-quality visual content. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that all designs align with business objectives and brand guidelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design Concepts:
    • Develop and produce print and digital marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, menus, social media graphics, website graphics, and email newsletters.
    • Ensure all designs are visually appealing, on-brand, and meet the marketing goals.
  • Team Collaboration:
    • Work closely with Marketing, PR, Events, and Social Media teams to ensure cohesive visual representation.
    • Assist with retouching and editing photography, as well as creating illustrations when necessary.
  • Brand Development:
    • Maintain and uphold brand guidelines across all design projects.
    • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements in all visual content.
  • Internal Documents and Materials:
    • Design and produce internal documents such as employee manuals and training materials, ensuring they are professional and on-brand.
  • Project Management:
    • Manage and prioritize multiple design projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
  • Vendor Relations:
    • Coordinate with external vendors, such as printers and graphic design agencies, to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of outsourced projects.

    • Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.

  • 40 hours per week, or as needed based on the needs of the organization, Onsite Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm.
