Graphic Designer

Description

At Originals, we are seeking a Graphic Designer ready to dive headfirst into the fast-paced world of retail advertising. It is all about transforming intricate messages into visually stunning designs that capture the attention of customers across various media channels. With your keen eye for detail and ability to translate ideas into compelling visual stories, you will play a crucial role in making our messages resonate far and wide.
This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is a master at managing multiple projects without breaking a sweat. You will need to be a problem-solver at heart, with a knack for finding visual creative solutions and making operational improvements. If you have got a deep love for design, you will fit right in. We are looking for someone skilled in design, an excellent communicator, and flexible enough to adapt to our ever-evolving needs.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
  • Develop and execute design concepts for various media, including digital, print, and social platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with objectives and brand standards.
  • Utilize strong skills in typography, color theory, and layout to produce aesthetically pleasing and effective designs.
  • Manage multiple design projects, adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality standards.

Requirements & Qualifications:
  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite – Must have a proficient working knowledge of design, catalogs and print processes and best practices.
  • Knowledge in typography, color theory, and illustration, complemented by a sharp sense of design aesthetics.
  • Deep knowledge of design fundamentals, maintaining brand integrity, and visual storytelling
  • Innate creativity and problem-solving skills, driven by a commitment to producing outstanding design work.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication abilities, capable of working harmoniously with diverse colleagues and by themselves.
  • A proactive attitude towards learning and skill enhancement in the field of design
  • Proficient in managing a fast-paced workload, juggling multiple projects while adhering to deadlines.
  • Additional skills in prototyping, motion graphics, and other technical design areas are advantageous.
  • Bachelor’s degree in digital design, graphic design, graphic communications, visual arts, or related field
  • 3+ years of related experience in an agency setting.
  • A portfolio of completed design projects is required for consideration.
  • Fluent Spanish is a plus.
