Full job description

Fanatics Collectibles is seeking a Graphic Designer II for our new and growing Marketing team. In this role, you will develop designs from brief to concept producing creative assets for our Social Team. This role requires a passionate, agile, and creative storyteller – someone who is experienced leveraging art and design in the service of compelling organic content. This position will be responsible for handling a wide variety of duties, which include, but are not limited to the ones listed below.



  • Develop designs from brief to concept across content-ready assets, aligning with the creative direction, production schedule, and platform specifications.
  • Create and design templates for Hobby Shop/Breaker Distribution.
  • Help in conceptualizing innovative concepts for static posts & templates.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment that requires quick-turning numerous pieces of content daily.
  • Demonstrate an ability to balance multiple projects and the flexibility to pivot from a plan to react to operational changes or viral content.
  • Collaborate with VP, Social Media, and Social Managers to support the creative process.
  • Work quickly and effectively to ensure that creative deliverables support project briefs and are completed on schedule.
  • Ensure that creative deliverables adhere to brand style guides.
  • Present designs to the VP of Social, receiving and implementing feedback promptly.
  • Assist Social Team with non-scheduled and other ad hoc day-to-day graphics requests.


Experience Needed:

  • 2+ years experience in high-pace environment with a high-profile brand.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud Applications (i.e., Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
  • Proven track record in graphic design with a strong portfolio.
  • Experience working with social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, YouTube.
  • Ability to work autonomously while taking direction from leadership.
  • An in-depth understanding of social media trends and narratives; adapting new resources/techniques where needed.
  • Track record of innovation and delivering results against tight deadlines.
  • Able to work flexible hours/days of week and weekends.


The salary range for this position is $69,000- $80,000, which represents base pay only and does not include short-term or long-term incentive compensation. When determining base pay, as part of a final compensation package, we consider several factors such as location, experience, qualifications, and training.
