Full job description

T. White Parker is seeking a self-motivated, business and IT graphics designer capable of designing process models, business graphics, and developing high-end, aesthetically pleasing business graphics, complex process models, and other visual aids and documentation. As a Business Graphics Designer, you will play a pivotal role in helping our team and our clients develop materials that convey complex information in an easy to understand and visually appealing manner. You will work within an Agile project management environment and be responsible for providing iterations of graphical representations. You will help develop various communications for a variety of applications and uses including training, marketing, and reporting.

The ideal candidate must be skillful in modeling processes and graphic design/representations and visual aids to support IT and business functions. The successful candidate must be able to collaborate with clients and stakeholders of all levels to elicit graphical requirements and transform those requirements into graphical representations that are visually appealing. This role is key to helping present complex IT and business concepts, frameworks, and models to a wide range of stakeholders. Graphics developed will be incorporated into business documents/reports, presentations, proposals, training material, visual aids, and other documentation.

Primary job duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Developing visual process models, business graphics, visual aids, marketing material, training, and other visual elements;
  • Translating IT processes into graphic representations;
  • Creating high-quality communication materials;
  • Developing materials with brand consistency;
  • Utilizing Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint Designer, and other design tools with proficiency.
  • Creating visually appealing training and marketing materials, presentations, handbooks, Standard Operating Procedure documents, etc.
