Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:

 

1. Input and update data into the company database accurately and efficiently.
2. Verify data accuracy and integrity to ensure high-quality information.
3. Organize and maintain electronic and hard copy files as needed.
4. Assist with data cleanup and quality control initiatives.
5. Follow data entry procedures and guidelines to maintain consistency and accuracy.
6. Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot data-related issues.
7. Complete assigned tasks within established deadlines.
8. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

Requirements:

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. Proven experience in data entry or administrative role.
3. Proficiency in typing and data entry skills (minimum of 50 words per minute with high accuracy).
4. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
5. Strong organizational and time management skills.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
8. Familiarity with data entry software and databases is a plus.
9. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
10. Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
